Cancellations
• Cancellations are accepted only if requested on the same day of placing the order.
• Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product
• Defective product
Conditions:
• Product must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
• A proper unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange or return requests.
• In case of damaged products, we may request additional video evidence for verification.
