Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The Litt (a part of RNGV Lifestyles Private Limited), we design every piece with care and quality. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right—fairly and transparently.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only on the same day the order is placed.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product received
  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests
  • For damaged items, additional video or image proof may be requested for verification

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can choose either of the two options below:

Option 1: Self-Serve via Website

  • Log in to your account on thelitt.in
  • Go to My Orders
  • Select the product and choose Return or Exchange
  • Follow the on-screen steps and submit the request

Option 2: Contact Customer Support

  • Reach out to our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery
  • Share your order ID, issue details, and unboxing video.
  • Mention the reason to return / exchange
  • Mail it to: returns.thelitt@rngv.in

Verification & Resolution

  • All requests are reviewed within 48–72 business hours
  • Once approved:
    • Exchanges will be processed for the same product (subject to availability)
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated to the original payment method
